in campnay , if you set higher position for a man beyond his real ability , the result is unfair and harmful for both the company and himself .
to Mr. Liu , to be frank , i just have a feeling in memory : he might be competent . this memory came from the work experience in the year of 2003 when we both in our former company when he worked as a chief of a workshop and i was the general manager .
he was very responsible , a bittle of dictatorship , i thought this is necessary for a chief , he work there for two years and left .
part of the reason is he did not cope with his direct leader ,production manager of the company --- Mr. Yan .they had a very hard quarrel , and he left .
after that , he came to guangdong to learn english , it took more than one year , after that , he work here and there , finally he work in the Bureau of Commercial of our city goverment.
when we left our company , we planed to set up a new factory in another city close to our former comoany , i recommended him as the main member of the team of the project preparation . in fact , he is the only one to deal with the dailly issue there. i was in SH , and Boss also not there .
we received many complaint from the local government officials , we just considerred that maybe the reason was he pay more attention on our benefit .
with the new project proceed, more and more old colleagues joined us include Mr. Yan , the one he think was the reason for him to leave former company .
many unhappiness and conflicts happened in very short period , he asked to leave there .
he came here in June , and i left from SH for here in April .
now , nearly half year past , i found i have made a huge mistake , his ability , his resonsibility, his skill for communication , his characteristic , make a huge discount in my mind and in the eyes of most of colleagues here .
i was so disappointed !
